Special Instructions: It sounds better the louder it's played.
I decided to try something new and start with the drums rather than the melody... and I think that's what I'll do from now on. After the drum pattern was all hammered out (Lawl), I added a simple bass pattern, and edited according to how it sounded with the drums. Then I put in an ARP... (sigh... anyone else feel that ARPS are cheating?) Anyway, so then I added the clap and worked on its delay a bit, and put in the drowned-out sort of lead. I'm still not happy about the sound of it. Then I added some patterns, did some stuff, etc etc.... and got what you hear here! Tell me what you think... I hope you like it so far
(Of course, feel free to tell me if you don't ) |

I agree with you about ARP's. When I use a ARPing VST and don't get enough satisfaction. It makes me feel powerless, like I ain't doing anything.
ARP's can be made by yourself if you want to, it just requires some time. That's all.
I like your song btw, it's catchy (it sticks in my head dude) and I love the rythem of your song. It's dance-able, but maybe a bit oldskool though. |

You've got a nice song going here, sounds kind of messy and unfocused though. But as it's still a work in progress i sure it will get to it by the time its done. I'd love to hear the full song when its done |

another funky track, i particularly like some of the percussion youve stuck in there (the claps), and the main lead is nice sounding as well.
on another subject, im still trying to get some inspiration for your other track. ill forward a preview soon.

Good work, man!
Canīt wait to hear the final product!
Well Iīm very bad in reviewing fully detailed, I always judge the product in a whole.
And all I can say: it sounds very good to me!
Keep on working on it and then upload it again, please!

Thanks for the reviews, everyone
Unfortunately, I've had a gross cold lately so my inspiration's been low... but it's pretty much gone now so I'll be working on it again. Plus, there's nothing like a few good reviews to lift your spirits |
