the start bassline is very old skool, which is good. the perc is good, minimal but good. rather than get rid of the 1st bassline why didnt you develop over it? the 2nd bassline imo is a bit crap.
its a good start though, as for rav, if you listen to his tracks youll see why he thinks yours is empty aint that right rav |

and the minimalistic sound is intentionally, although I already changed it  |
