Hi all,

I've made another chilled out ambient breaks track, similar to my last one (soliton wave). any comments are welcome.

G3ro just likes them all, but he's not that much wrong this time. The kick is absolutely nice. And well, drums are nice all the way round. Mixing is good as it has been many times before. Sounds are clean. The mood is quite waiting, like something is gonna happen soon. The track to me seems like filled quite nicely, not so many boring empty moments. (And I'm not saying emptiness is always boring.) I think I like this better than most of your trance stuff. This is slightly gliding to the electro-industrial grounds, if I'm not completely mistaken. The vocals at 8:00 go a bit over my head, but luckily they are not on a very high volyme. All in all, a decent piece.

Very cool track.

Is the vocal saying "Please play (ay-ay-ay) along with me now?" ???

Again a masterpiece!

I like the Drumset a lot!
The melodies and syths sound damn good as usual.

Very long track, but I like that!

What can I say more?

I love it like all the other tracks you made so far!

thanks everyone. great to get some feedback (especially when its so positive).
rav - the vocal at 8:00 ill get rid of for the proper release, turns out its quite a popular sample (i actually built the whole track around it, so it served its purpose). im not really into trance all that much any more, think i overdosed on it.

rob - the vocal is 2 samples of an hmmmmm. ive used heavy delay, panning, and glitch vst on it. cool eh?

thanks again everyone

Your tracks today are so top notch that it is hard to find anything to improve or to say other than great work...Í'm really suprised that no big label contacted you for a cd release YET..

You must start collaborating with Hybrid. Or remix their work and convince them of your skills. The production and eye for technical smoothness is superb.

I would have liked some more changes in the main theme, so that a more rhapsody-alike track would appear. It's now somewhat of an overstretched track. Check out Hybrid's 'Just for Today' of their latest (and stunning) album I Choose Noise (free to download from http://www.distinctiverecords.com/ ; login info can be found at http://www.bugmenot.com/view/www.distinctiverecords.com) to see what I mean.

hi inge, i knew you'd not deserted us Smile
i have literally five minutes ago bought that album, and just finished downloading that track as i was reading your post. hybrid, as far as im concerned anyway, are as good as electronic musicians can get. i would say that a collab with them would be a career highlight.
as for the track, i started with a pad chord and built it from there, without having any idea what was coming next, which is why it turned out so long and a bit random.
(listening to hybrid - just for today, everybody should download it).
franklin - thanks very much. my music will be on iTunes as of december, so things are progressing nicely for me. im preparing some material to submit to the bigger labels (distinctive being one of them) so maybe it could happen soon.

thanks again everyone.

I havent had time to really listen in and digest the track until now. It's very chilled laidback like solition wave, works wonders as ambient music. Great stuff. Can I have the MT2? I want to dissect and try to learn something...

After a couple of listens I've discovered some clipping... It's in the left channel, around 4.25, 4.37, 4.43 etc... not much, but hey, you might want to know that it's noticeable!
