You keep amazing me. Not my kind of style, but very professional, and very dance-able.

A bit too hectic for me, but like Nine said, very professional sounding. Keep it up, man, you're on a roll Smile

Ridge Racer! I was thinking of buying that a few days ago, but chose GTA instead. :(

Thanks for the comments!

I like it quite much, despite it's repetitiveness and the confusion that appears here and there that disturbs me quite much.

It somewhat remembers me the music Basement Jaxx produces.

How did you do that kind of weird intro "filtering" & dirty FX ?

What programm(s) / VST plugin(s) did you use to master it (as this one is definitely "boosted")

The intro piece was done on two tracks, so the sampling overlapped. The first track had the dirty FX - [E-Phonic LOFI set to these parameters] -, and two instances of Classic Auto-Filter - one for high band, one for low - for a nice custom band filter.

The second track had another two Auto-Filters, but rather than just working with the LFO settings (mainly because LFO doesn't produce the same effect every time), I went with automation settings and [made it look like this]. That screenshot also lists all the VSTs that were crammed into this hectic tune.

There was Classic Compressor set to the [Mix Down] preset (with [some good ol' volume work] on the sample tracks to help it along), but most of the boosting was done with GoldWave, by using the ["Maximize" and "Dynamics"] a couple of times.

Thanks a lot for all those very interesting tips. I tried myself to acheive such effecst on some sample, but the one I used (arbitrary) comes from a too known song from a too copyright frenzy singer (France Gall) to post it anywhere on the net (Altough I doubt many people would recognize Gall's sample in my little tryout Smile )

Besides this I posted your track to several of my friends (or atleast the link to it) and one of the knows a guy who runs a techno/house webradio and who's obviously interested in your production. So if you have more to made him listen...

As you also seem to be very fond of those weird remixes based on samples from some songs, why wouldn't you make remixes of songs for an upcoming album ?

Here are two excerpts from songs that could get quite weird Lolliemixes (I can mail you the whole song, mastered or not, the original MT file and even the dry vocals if you want to have more material to work on for your mixes) :
- Parce que je le vaux m滎e
- Largue moi si tu m'M

Tell me if you're interested in Lollieremixing one or both tracks Smile

Guess I'll just have to release a few more tracks then!

Ooh, I'd love to Lolliremix those tracks. All I'd really need is the voice!

...I just wish I knew what she was saying. XD;

I'll send you all those voices as soon as possible (tonight probably), and the translation of those songs (some words there are quite horny Wink ).
I'll also send you the complete versions of those songs, in case another part than the chorus would inspire you.

Productionwise very good. But I didn't enjoy the track as such, I'm sorry to say. Too few melodies for my taste and too much jerking the juice out of a sample, something I've come to dislike over the years. I particularly disliked the long intro, which could be shortened in a radio mix I guess.

Long intros, little melody, and over-juicing samples, a few of my bad music habits. o_O;

Nevertheless, it's refreshing to see some negative feedback! I'm actually lost for words on how to end this post now. Thanks for the honesty! XD

@TNK/ATK: Recieved the files, remix in progression. :}}}
