Make it viewible if there is a new plugin. That means when im on the plugins page and there are new things there is a small "new"-Symbol or the name is marked in red.
I agree about putting "new" next to new plugins, but what about a few more search/sort options such as "Sort by newest" in each plugin category AND over all categories.
Some suggestions:
Sort by newest
Sort by price
Sort by popular (or "MT2'ers recommend...")

Thanks for the feedback on this! Yannick is currently coding a new plugins page, and your feedback will (partly) be implemented. We already did the most concept-building, and have come up with a pretty neat system so far. Wait and see
