It would be nice if the MT.org site would display if you got new mail or not right on the home/news page. And make that a link to your email... That would be great, I'd use it like 100X more.

That would be feasible. I'll see...

By the way, you can access your MT.net mailbox with POP3 (with Thunderbird, Outlook, etc.).

Lots of people like to keep their e-mail on a website for easy accessibility from every computer worldwide (see the success of hotmail and gmail; the majority uses it without pop-support), and on one location (so not a copied inbox on a local and serverside disk). I therefore see definate use in N0N's proposal.
