vst & tempochange bug

Got a weird bug... In short, it goes like this.

1. A vst plays (synth1).
2. The sound gets a note-off command.
3. The vst stops playing.
4. I change the tempo with F0x.
5. On the line that the F0x is present, I hear a blurb from the vst again.
6. Next line, vst is quiet again.

Whatup!? F0x shouldn't cause this?

is the Command and VST on the same channel? Does this also occur if you set the tempo in a channel without VST assigned to it?

They are not on the same channel.
