had some vocals lying around , really staring at me from my desktop Shocked ... So i decided to do something chicago house like to it ... (used camelspace for the vocal effects and z3ta+ for the bass, arps and so on ... rest are samples and ofcorz drumatic 3 Wink ...

This is an unfinished snippet, will post the full stuff later ... (when it's finished...)

Most of the 80's stuff you've put forward were not meant for me, but this is pretty cool stuff. Great dancing vibe, wicked melodies, and a nice melancholy-generator. I would surely dig this while going out.

I'm not fond of the pitched vocal (burning for meeeeeeeeeeeeee), since it seems to fall out of the music spectrum. Maybe the hihats and the claps can also use some more volume to create a stronger drive in the beats.

Well thank you Inge ...

I'm also not sure about the higher "Burning for youooooo" vocal, just have to work on the whole track. I have a set of "burning 4 u" vocals , so i have to choose a more "fit in" vocal for that one ...

the beat thing is a good suggestion , i can work with that Smile ..

For inspiration, consider checking out Vince Watson - Sublimina. It's very melodic, relies heavily on the old The Black Dog and Kraftwerk, but also has distinct Chicago-influences.
