This is getting quite interesting! I'm quite happy with the lead strings, and the contrast created by sudden drops in continuation. You'll definately have to work on the audio quality (the beats need massive phattening up for a bassdrum and snare with real impact, the hihats need help to become more appearant and thereby given a better vibe of speed, and the overall frequencies touched by your instruments needs to expand to give a real powerfull idea of low frequencies), but this would be quite an interesting track if produced properly.

Concerning phatness of sound (if that is a term, anyway): you could check out Noisia - The Tide, Spor - To The Death or Pendulum - Tarantula. Their style is different, but their production is top-notch (and that's an understatement).

i thought this was pretty good.
a couple of tips -
use an exciter like xcita or sonic maximizer on the bassline and drums.
http://www.madtracker.org/plugins.php?category=Effect&subcategory=Enhancer
youll find both there.
use a compressor on the drums and perc:

also try a resonant filter on the bassline and mess about with the automation, thatll make it a load fatter and meaner sounding.

reminded me more of oldskool breakbeat then drum & bass Smile with the funky beat & simple melodylines. Maybe some extra sections, beats etc could spice things up, so it doesn't sound like a repition of loops. grtz rico
