With all honousty: put the track on hold. There's seem to be a lack of a clear and impressive main theme, the main melody lacks coherence, and I have a hard time deciding if the bassline and the lead synth fit together.

I don't. I think you need to change either the lead or the bass. In my opinion the bass should be deeper. Since it's quite fast, why not try adding some jungle/house-like drums... Or something...
