The bassline somehow does not fit in in my opinion. What I really like are the percussions. Soft, sleepy sounds, ah. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, though the bass kind of breaks it up a bit. The introduction of the lead at 1:12 is good, but then it kind of feels like the lead just does something that doesn't quite fit in. Repetitiveness (?) doesn't bother me in this one, hmm..
Had my PhD to write at this time, very busy I was, I made this song in less than one day, from scratch, inspiration and arragenment all included, without any sample because I didn't have internet connection (I run in one internet cafe before midnight). Not to excuse myself of course, although I like it. RDV compo2006.
