[ EDIT ] The songs are now correctly automated and a little bit improved...

Hello to every Madtracker user!

After a few months I'm using Madtracker, I decided myself to upload two of my songs in order to know what you think of them...

It's nice if you can comment those songs ( so that I can improve myself in doing trance/techno ), or just tell me wether you like it or you don't Wink

Here are the 2 songs :

Thanks! Surprised

Since not so many people commented on my tunes I thought why not support a little, I like your second number better than the first of them, reminds me of oldschool trance from the 90's. I noticed your coding the cresendo and de-cresendo, you can also use the automation, just need to read the value from the mixer, by holding the mouse pointer over the fader for a sec, to find max amount of value. If you like you can go and check out my tutorials on how to use effects and automation and tip to finding some nice VSTi's as well.
just check the forum 'musik talk' and 'help and support' for new help awailable or tutorial videos for noobes and less experienced trackers. You can add any vst by installing or copying it to madtrackers vst folder the rescan for vst's in the settings menu. Check out the Genesis synth on KVR - http://www.kvraudio.com/ - it is a powerful trance synthesizer.

About automation

I know how to use automation but I don't like the troubles you get when you don't read the patterns in the right order ( what I'm often doing when I'm writing a song), however, I will try automate all my songs soon because this is cleaner and more accurate....

I'd like to know too if some moments of the songs are too long (boring) or too short, or if you find that some sounds are not good....

Thanks Very Happy! --- Icepower ---
