here we go...
track starts off with something almost medieval sounding. then the (very real sounding) pianos come in. i like the chords and melodies, its very emotive. what are the pianos done with?
pads come in around 1:15 and are nice. not sure about the melody over the top of that, its a bit dischordant (no idea if thats a word). track starts to get a bit more sinister sounding, which is an interesting change. its an interesting song to listen to as its always changing, the chord sequece alters quite often as well.
it feels like the start of a much longer track, or an album. if i was writing this track, i would go into some glitch drums and then glitch them up even more using dblue glitch. then id bring in some big strings and things.
anyway, i love the piano part a lot. the offkey pads and melodies tinge the track with some interesting elements as well. i wish i had the patience to develop melodies that much, then again, thats why i make dance music, i can repeat what ive done over and over.
cheers

I thought you said it was going to be 9 min long o.0?? =p
Ow well the "short" 6 min will do =p
Anyway the piano is real nice in the start... and i really like the melodie at 1:30, it's sad... like something painfull just happened, and now hes walking somewhere alone, trying to realize what just happened...
i'm feeling the strings there...
On 2:13 a nice synty comes in, wich also has a sad character in it, wich comes back at min 5 again, like those parts...
I can see you put lots of effort on the track..overall real nice and sad athmospere...
Not my style... but you were lucky, i'm having a sad moment right now... i'm outta cookies... |

Well no... It's just a storyline or consept I made up to accompany my music. So it's just a little tale which my music tells. Kind of. I haven't written the first parts in English, though.. I will probably when I finish this piece. |

Well the piano sounds great!
Very nice melody.
And it goes on like that.
I like strings a lot too.
All in all a very nice piece.
Andy is right...it takes patience to compose melodies you dont loop over and over .
Very good job! |
